This 10 inch round deep plate is specified for food service operations / catering operations that need a larger serve area with added containment for wet menus. The 2.5 inch deep profile is used to control spillage when handling liquid-rich foods, and the round geometry supports quick plating and stable hand-carry during line service. The plate is formed from areca sheath and heat-pressed at 180°C to set the fiber structure into a rigid, repeatable shape.
