Natural wall thickness ranging from 1.5–2.5 mm ensures industrial-grade durability and consistent rigidity, allowing reliable performance across a thermal range of −20°C to +120°C. The structure supports liquid resistance for 6–8 hours without deformation under extended holding conditions.

From an export and logistics standpoint, the plate is designed to remain perfectly flat and nest efficiently, improving carton density and container utilization. Moisture content is maintained at 6–7% to ensure ocean transit stability, reduce the risk of warping, and improve export efficiency by lowering freight cost per unit for high-volume importers managing consolidated shipments.
