With a 4.5 cm deep profile and compact diameter, this bowl supports soups, gravies, curries, and side servings that must remain stable during handling, transport, and consumption across food service operations and catering operations.
Manufactured from naturally shed areca catechu palm sheath, the bowl is formed through heat-pressing at 180°C to create a semi-hydrophobic surface reinforced by heat-pressed ribs. This process delivers industrial-grade durability with a natural wall thickness of 1.5–2.5 mm, allowing the bowl to maintain rigidity under liquid load. It performs reliably within a thermal range of −20°C to +120°C and provides liquid resistance for 6–8 hours during extended service windows.
From a logistics and export perspective, the bowl is designed to nest tightly and remain perfectly flat, enabling high packing density and efficient container utilization. Moisture content is maintained at 6–7% to ensure ocean transit stability, reducing deformation risk and improving export efficiency while lowering freight cost per unit for high-volume importers.
Processing is fully chemical-free, using only water and heat, followed by UV treated sterilization to meet food safety requirements.
