Produced from 100% naturally shed areca catechu palm sheath, the plate is heat-pressed at 180°C to create a semi-hydrophobic surface reinforced with heat-pressed ribs for structural stability. Natural wall thickness between 1.5–2.5 mm provides industrial-grade durability while maintaining performance across a thermal range of −20°C to +120°C. The structure supports liquid resistance for 6–8 hours without deformation during extended service cycles.
From an export operations perspective, the plate is designed to remain perfectly flat and nest tightly, enabling efficient carton utilization and stable container loading.
