Produced from 100% naturally shed areca catechu palm sheath, the plate is heat-pressed at 180°C to create a semi-hydrophobic surface reinforced by heat-pressed ribs. Natural material thickness between 1.5–2.5 mm delivers industrial-grade durability, allowing stable performance across a thermal range of −20°C to +120°C. The structure maintains liquid resistance for 6–8 hours without softening or deformation during extended holding and service cycles.
From an export and logistics standpoint, the plate is engineered to remain perfectly flat and nest tightly, improving carton density and container loading efficiency.
