This 9×9 inch 3-compartment tray is specified for food service operations / catering operations that need full-meal separation in a square pack-out format. The three sections are used for portion control where a main and two side servings must remain distinct through packing, transport, and service. The deep 1.5 inch profile helps manage liquid-rich foods by limiting migration across sections, serving as a spill-proof alternative to flat plates when gravies or wet sides are included. The square footprint also supports faster tray alignment in meal assembly lines and consistent fit in secondary cartons.

The tray is formed from areca sheath and heat-pressed at 180°C to set the fiber structure and keep the compartment walls stable under load. Heat pressing creates a semi-hydrophobic surface and defined divider ribs, supporting industrial-grade durability with wall thickness 1.5–2.5 mm. The structure remains functional across a thermal range −20°C to +120°C and provides liquid resistance (6–8 hours) to reduce seep-through during typical holding and delivery windows.

For export movement, moisture content 6–7% is maintained to reduce warping risk and support ocean transit stability on humid routes. The compartmented square format nests predictably to improve export efficiency, increase pieces-per-carton density, and control freight cost per unit for high-volume importers planning container utilization and warehouse throughput.

Processing follows chemical-free processing and the trays are UV treated to meet food-safe handling expectations. The material is compostable and supplied as export-ready inventory with documentation support, compliance checks, and coordinated sourcing for bulk procurement.
